The house is surrounded by 3 hectares of meadow, with an orchard producing a variety of fruit including cherries, plums, apples, apricots, almonds, nectarines and peaches. Outside the kitchen there is a vine covered pergola and beyond that a walled vegetable garden planted out with summer vegetables and herbs. In front of the house is a gravelled courtyard (boules provided)
